Scheduled Maintenance Dates 2025


This schedule represents monthly patching scheduled system maintenance. Oracle may update this schedule; however, Oracle will endeavour to post any updates two weeks before the next scheduled maintenance window. Other emergency maintenance windows may be required and will be communicated ahead of schedule.

Note:

  • The Patching windows have an estimated downtime of up to 24 hours starting at 10:00am Eastern Time (GMT – 5:00).

During this time the system may not be accessible until maintenance window activities are completed, please, therefore, avoid planning study activities for the duration of this period.

Logging in for the first time


When you receive your User ID and password link via an email, please follow these steps to complete your account setup:

1. Click the password reset link in the IRT System New User Setup Form provided to you by email. NOTE: If your reset link has expired, you will be redirected to a page where you can request to have the link resent to your email address.
2. Enter a new password, re-enter the password to confirm it, and then click Update Password.
3. Click Login.
4. Enter your User ID and password, and then click Enter.
5. Establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Enter the password that you created in step 2. Then, enter a PIN, re-enter the PIN to confirm it, and then click Submit. The PIN will be used to authenticate your identity if you call Technical Support.
6. Click the protocol link, enter the User Authentication Code (UAC) from your User Authentication Form provided to you by email, and then click Continue.
7. If required for your access, enter your Site Id or Depot.
